Yes he is tanky and his 2nd skill breaks defense, but in gameplay against meta heroes he lacks cc and less damage output. In my opinion there are many ways to outplay Dyrroth especially if his ult is in cooldown

People think dyroth is already not to usefull, that is why dyroth is not often used

I have to strongly disagree with putting Dyrroth in D-Tier. If you watched MCC Season 6, you saw exactly why he’s a nightmare for the current 'Sustain Meta.' While heroes like Sora and Terizla get all the S-Tier hype for their teamfight utility, Dyrroth is still the king of the 'Anti-Tank' niche. In a meta where Uranus and Esmeralda are seeing a resurgence (especially with the new S40 'Petal’s Razor' skin hype), Dyrroth is one of the few who can effectively 'delete' their lane dominance. Why he’s actually A-Tier in the right hands: Defense Shred: His S2 (Spectre Step) reduces Physical Defense by up to 75% when enhanced. In 2026, where everyone is stacking the revamped Thunder Belt and Antique Cuirass, that shred is more valuable than ever. Early Game Snowball: He still wins 90% of 1v1 matchups at Level 2. If he shuts down a scaling hero early, the 'Tier List' doesn't matter because the enemy EXP laner will be 2k gold behind. The MCC S6 Factor: We saw him used as a niche counter-pick to shut down tanky compositions, proving he has a place in high-level competitive play. He’s not a 'blind pick' hero—if you pick him into a high-CC comp with Marcel or Tigreal, you’re going to have a bad time. But as a counter-pick to Esme or Uranus? He’s easily a Top 5 EXP choice. Are people ranking him low just because he lacks a 'blink' ultimate, or are we ignoring how fast he secures the first Turtle?
