Kagura in B tier is too low!! She literally is so versatile and counters so many picks and has high mobility. Like putting Kadita in A tier but Kagura in B tier??? Like she could do everything Kadita can too.

kadita is better in team comps, harder to catch, and can go in 2 lanes

For my honest opinion, Kagura is the highest mechanical among all mages. So the user needs a high skill ceiling and clinical skill shots; not like Nana.
