Suggestions for bruno buff

Are there any player currently dissatisfied with the situation of bruno? Guy definitely needs a buff right now. He has so many counters in his own lane, not to mention heroes like phoveus and etc. with just blade armor counters him so well. Devs nerfed his attack range back then to down him from ban list but that was too harsh, from 5.1 to 4.8, less than brody/irithel. You might think he has good mobility because of his dash and passive but that too is bugged, a lot times you can't pick up the powerball while escaping from a yu zhong or other broken fighters, and then to activate the passive you have to use skill1 again, but that too has a ridiculous 7 second CD in level 15. In teamfights that don't last longer than 10 seconds, bruno can do nothing because he can't max out 8 stacks of his passive in that short amount of time ( now you'll say do double ball technique, but to maintain that you have to be solitary, which leaves him vulnerable). My suggestions for buffing bruno:- 1. Reduce his skill 1 cooldown and mana cost, a skill that doesn't do any damage just activates a passive should not have 7 second CD in lategame. Even natan and miya has better mechanics than for their passive. 2. Increase his passive uptime by 2/3 seconds. His passive takes a long time to max without ultimate. And his ultimate can't be used haphazardly just to get max passive, that leaves him vulnerable to backline divers, especially in current sustain and blade armor meta. 3. Increase his passive stack value to 4% crit chance, (or 5% crit chance with 6 stacks) 30% crit chance is necessary to do any damage to this cancerous tank and sustain meta with their thousands of ways to get damage reduction. In either way he needs noticable buffs to survive in current meta, he is probably getting an epic skin with unique sounds.
